Is Skywarden a real airline?
No. Skywarden is a fictional airline created as a web design concept. The routes, fares, aircraft and membership are invented. No flights can be booked and no payments are taken.
Do my miles expire?
Not while you’re active. Any flight, partner stay or redemption within 24 months keeps your balance and your tier intact. If you take a longer break, we’ll hold your miles for another year before they quietly return to the sky.
How quickly do I reach Meridian?
Six flights or 12,000 Skyward Miles in a rolling year. Long-haul flights in Salon earn more, so a return trip to Kyoto can get you most of the way there.
Can I use miles on any fare?
Yes. Every seat we sell can be bought with miles, subject to availability. There are no blackout dates and no separate “reward” inventory designed to disappoint you.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Studio fares can be changed for a £40 fee up to 24 hours before departure. Salon fares can be changed or cancelled without a fee. The difference is refunded as a credit valid for twelve months.
What happens to my tier if I fly less?
Nothing dramatic. Tiers are reviewed each year, and you keep your current benefits for twelve months after the review. If you drop a tier, you keep any vouchers you’ve already earned until they expire.
